We take our product shipment seriously and makes sure your orders arrive to you on time. Learn more about our shipping policy below.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery process will only commence after payment verification.

Inside US 4-5 working days (for remote areas, could take up to 10 days)

Outside US 30-40 working days (for remote areas, could take up till 40 working days)

Please note that we are not able to provide a guarantee on the delivery time as we engage third party delivery service providers.

SHIPPING RATE

For the first 1kg, nationwide delivery will cost at a flat rate of USD.20, 2kg USD.30 and more than 2KG USD.40.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipment Notification email that your parcel is being shipped together with the tracking number. Please check your spam box / junk mail in case it’s there.

DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER

USA Products in Bangladesh engages third party delivery service providers to handle all delivery orders. USA Products in Bangladesh therefore has no control over the operating procedure by the third party delivery services. When there is a problem in the delivery process, please do notify us by sending an email to [email protected]. We will endeavor to assist you to the best of our ability to ensure that you receive your package.

SELF-PICK UP

USA Products in Bangladesh does not provide a self-pick up location for your orders.
